In the most horrific account of murder in Lakewood history, 17 year-old Will Belmont's body was found tied to a chair and splint in half by a trencher. The farm equipment belonged to his family who owns Belmont farms. The trencher is used in digging excavations. Will Belmont was found by classmate Emma Duval, who witnessed the devastating attack at about 5pm on Thursday.
