Patrick Dempsey is an actor who portrays Detective Mark Kincaid in Scream 3. He was set to reappear as Mark Kincaid in Scream 4, however, he declined due to the filming Transformers 3: Dark of the Moon in the same year. He is perhaps best known for his role as Dr. Derek Shepard on the medical drama TV show Grey's Anatomy.
