EXT. UNKNOWN FREEWAY
WE PAN to a long road on a dark and dusky night, cars swoop past fast back and fourth. Then, the CAMERA moves aside to a sign that reads "WELCOME TO LAKEWOOD, ENJOY YOUR STAY WITH US!"
EXT. UNKOWN - NIGHT, TWENTLY YEARS AGO BEFORE THE EVENTS OF SCREAM
We come across a neighbourhood in the small town of Lakewood. The CAMERA pans forward to the house, then we cut to inside the home, a shed to be exact.
INT. SHED, UNKNOWN NEIGHBOURHOOD - EXACT TIME
WE TRANSITION into a shed, the first thing we see is a old-television that blares away. As the CAMERA pans away from the television, we get a look at the shed--
The shed is dirty and mouldy, the only light that fills the shed is that of a small nearly-blown light bulb dangling from the sealing above a person that sits at his desk carving something. As we near the side of his face, we see that he is disfigured like the Elephant-man, we move closer to his desk to see the carving. He carves a heart out of wood and a knife, as he cuts though the last part of the carving he stops and looks to the TV-
TELEVISION SCREEN- A news reporter stands outside a rather busy hospital, in the background people run back and fourth into the hospital. We hear a gimplise of the news reporter
REPORTER ON SCREEN: Another teenager was found stabbed to death tonight after a series of 2 people found dead only two nights ago. The teenager's identity is yet to be confirmed. Please, everyone stay safe.

WE CUT TO BLACK-A FLASH OF SILVER CUTS ACROSS THE SCREEN AND CARVES THE WORDS.
